Have you ever looked at your front yard and felt overwhelmed by the clutter? You're not alone, and that’s exactly the challenge our latest project addressed on Moonflower Dr in Austin.
We started with a dense, mismanaged space that was simply begging for some attention. First, out came the old plants, trees, and gravel that dominated the area. With a fresh canvas, we installed a state-of-the-art irrigation system to make sure everything stays lush and vibrant, no matter the Texas heat.
Next, our team set about grading the area for new topsoil and laid down resilient zoysia grass, which quickly spruces up any home with its neat, green look. To add a splash of color and fragrance, double knockout roses were planted closer to the house, accompanied by beautiful Yapon hollies and dwarf varieties near the podium. These selections are as practical as they are pretty, ensuring low maintenance while providing year-round visual interest.
Lighting was another crucial component. By installing an advanced lighting system and applying it strategically to the trees, we made sure this front yard isn’t just a showstopper during the day but a welcoming beacon at night.
Tackling this renovation was not just a matter of aesthetics - it was about crafting a space that the homeowners can truly enjoy and take pride in. Transforming this overgrown landscape into a clean and inviting atmosphere reflects both the patience and precision of our work here on Moonflower Dr.
